Are classes in person or online?

Both. Classes run in person in Piara Waters, and online options are available. Your class format and location details are confirmed when you enrol.

Where are you located, and which suburbs do you serve?

Do you follow the WA curriculum?

Can my child join partway through a term?

Yes. If you enrol mid-term, fees are pro-rated for the number of sessions remaining.

Do you offer sibling or referral discounts?

Yes. Families enrolling more than one child in group classes receive a sibling discount, and when you refer a family who enrols for a full term, both families may receive a discount. Ask us for the current details.

Free trial, missed classes & refunds

Do you offer a free trial class?

Yes. Your child can try a class for free before you enrol, so you can see whether EduLift is the right fit. Book a free trial class.

What happens if my child misses a class?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before the class. We will try to offer another group session in the same term. If that isn’t possible, up to two missed group classes per term (with notice) can be credited to the next term. Classes missed without notice are not credited.

What is your cancellation policy for 1:1 sessions?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session. Cancellations with less notice are charged the full session fee. If we need to cancel, you will receive a make-up session or full credit.

What is your refund policy?

Payments are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law. To withdraw from a term program, please give written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle; any remaining session credits are assessed case by case. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
